Corporate Training
Training Designed for the Technology and Work Your Employees Actually Use
Employees need more than feature demonstrations, generic presentations, and reference materials they rarely revisit. They need guided practice applying Microsoft capabilities to the responsibilities, decisions, documents, meetings, information, and workflows they own.
Magnum Opus designs and delivers corporate learning that connects Microsoft capability to role-specific work, responsible behavior, and organizational outcomes.
Enterprise Learning
Training for every level of the organization
Learning is structured around the responsibilities and decisions of each audience. Senior leaders examine business value, risk, governance, ownership, and measurement. Managers and directors focus on team use cases, reinforcement, quality expectations, and adoption leadership. Business functions develop role-specific capability across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, approved AI, collaboration tools, and workflows. Technical teams, champions, facilitators, and learning leaders receive the platform context, delivery standards, and support practices required to sustain capability across the enterprise.
Flexible Delivery
Learning designed for enterprise reach
Programs may include executive briefings, leadership workshops, enterprise-wide demonstrations, role-based instructor-led courses, departmental workflow labs, multi-session learning journeys, manager and champion enablement, guided practice clinics, and train-the-trainer programs. Delivery may be virtual, onsite, or hybrid, with the format selected according to audience, geography, workforce size, operational requirements, and the level of behavior change expected.
Engagement Design
A learning engagement connected to business priorities
Each engagement begins with stakeholder discovery and audience analysis, followed by learning objectives tied to the business priority. Role-specific scenarios, approved use cases, live demonstrations, guided practice, workbooks, job aids, workflow guides, manager reinforcement tools, and knowledge checks are combined according to the needs of the organization. Evaluation, recommendations, office hours, and adoption support can extend learning beyond the scheduled session.
Our Philosophy
A class is the beginning
The objective is confident, sustained, responsible use that improves how work gets done. We begin with recognizable work, not a disconnected tour of features. When AI is involved, learning also addresses context, result evaluation, responsible use, and the continued importance of human judgment.
Custom Curriculum
Learning assets that reflect your environment
When standard training is not sufficient, Magnum Opus develops learning assets aligned with the organization’s environment, terminology, roles, policies, workflows, and approved use cases. A curriculum may include instructor guides, presentation decks, participant workbooks, demonstration scripts, hands-on exercises, practice files, job aids, workflow guides, assessments, knowledge checks, and short-form digital learning assets. Content, usage rights, review requirements, and maintenance expectations are defined as part of the engagement.
